2024 Student Show Info Page
Date/Time/Location: Sunday May 19th 5pm at ZAOMKE Church 2319 E Kenwood Blvd. Milwaukee
Doors open at 4:30. Dancers should arrive by 3:30 to get into costume and run the show before doors open. Set up crew arrives at 3pm!
No admission fee - please encourage your family and friends to make a donation to cover the space rental.

Costumes: this is an informal ‘tablao’ style performance. In these types of shows, dancers usually wear a skirt/top combo with or without a small shawl, a pants/vest/shirt combo or a dress.
Accessories: hair flowers and combs can be added using bobby pins or flat barrettes to keep them stable (pro tip: try doing a couple of fast turns to make sure your flowers don’t go flying!) Big colorful earrings are a good choice, make sure they are comfortable and not too heavy - try dancing with all accessories BEFORE you perform.
